Cookie policy
Last updated: July 2026
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small file stored on your device when you visit a website. This site makes minimal use of storage and does not use tracking or advertising cookies.
2. What we use on this site
- Necessary technical storage: we store your decision about this notice in
localStorageunder the keycgx-consent(cgx-cookiesfor visits prior to July 2026), so we do not ask you again. It is kept until you delete it or change your choice. - Support chat (only if you accept it): when you enable the chat, our
messaging system is loaded from our own server (
chatwoot.cogniplex.es) and thecw_conversationcookie is created on this domain: a session identifier that keeps your conversation across visits, expiring after 180 days. Without your consent nothing is loaded and no cookie is created. You can revoke it at any time (see section 3); doing so removes the chat's local session. - Session booking: the booking page (
/sesion) sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. The private link you receive travels in the address and only allows you to view availability and book; appointment data is processed as described in the Privacy policy. - Third-party fonts: we load typefaces from Google Fonts, which involves a connection to Google servers. It does not install cookies.
3. Managing your consent
You can change your decision at any time from the "Manage consent" link in the footer: choosing "Only necessary" disables the chat and deletes its local session. You can also clear local storage and cookies from your browser settings; the site will keep working normally.
