Yes. It is a fixed-scope product with clear deliverables: it is useful in its own right even if you do not continue with us. We do not give away in-depth assessments because they are intellectual property and the foundation of a quality relationship.
How long does it take?
It depends on size and complexity, but it is designed to deliver priorities and a roadmap in a few weeks, not months.
What do I need to have ready?
